Q: I paid for my subscription but haven’t received the first magazine yet. When will I get it?
A: Thanks for signing up with Knives Illustrated! Please allow six to eight weeks after your payment is processed for new subscriptions to begin.
Q: How can I get a problem with my printed or digital subscription fixed?
A: Our Customer Service Team is happy to help resolve subscription issues. Please contact them at customerservice@engagedmediainc.com. Provide your name and the name on the subscription (if different), your account number and a description of the problem we need to resolve.
Q: Are digital subscriptions of Knives Illustrated magazine available?

A: Thank you for your interest in having your product featured in KI! We’re always looking for great new knives and products to share with our readers. Please send an email to knivesillustrated@engagedmediainc.com with a complete product description, three to five high-resolution product images (300+ dpi, 2,500×2,000+ jpegs are best), the product MSRP and company URL. We will contact you if we are able to use your product.
