We’ve been asking for it for awhile now and Benchmade has answered! The iconic Griptilian is now available in Benchmade’s custom shop. The usual custom shop goodies are available. You can choose your own blade steel, handles, hardware and pocket clip and create a Griptilian that is truly yours. In my experience, the turnaround time is very reasonable and the prices aren’t as shocking as you’d think. With Benchmade doing fewer dealer exclusives, the custom shop is now one of the best ways to get a unique version of one of their knives. Now bring on the 940!
