These GiantMouse Knives in 5 Models
ACE is GiantMouse’s line of regular production knives. Initially, the Nibbler will be offered in five handle variations: green canvas Micarta, titanium, and a trio of aluminum colors (red, blue, and green).
Danish designers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes conceived the Nibbler to be a compact, efficient folder that can perform well in situations where size matters. The Nibbler is the smallest and most affordable GiantMouse knife to date, yet it still checks all the boxes you’d expect from an Ansø / Vox design.
The Nibbler’s name is inspired by the fictional character Nibbles “Tuffy” mouse from the hit cartoon series Tom and Jerry. Nibbles is petite but packs a serious punch, so it was only fitting the the company named its new fun-sized mouse after him.
