New from GiantMouse Knives is the ACE Nibbler. It’s a small folder, hence the name Nibbler, but it looks like it good take a good-sized bite if needed.

ACE is GiantMouse’s line of regular production knives. Initially, the Nibbler will be offered in five handle variations: green canvas Micarta, titanium, and a trio of aluminum colors (red, blue, and green).
Danish designers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes conceived the Nibbler to be a compact, efficient folder that can perform well in situations where size matters. The Nibbler is the smallest and most affordable GiantMouse knife to date, yet it still checks all the boxes you’d expect from an Ansø / Vox design.
The Nibbler’s name is inspired by the fictional character Nibbles “Tuffy” mouse from the hit cartoon series Tom and Jerry. Nibbles is petite but packs a serious punch, so it was only fitting the the company named its new fun-sized mouse after him.

Big Performance From a Small Blade
But don’t be fooled by the small size and bright colors. Once you have the Nibbler in hand, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to learn it’s a fully functional tool that can take on serious tasks. The Nibblers with aluminum handles feature N690 steel blades with satin finishes. The Titanium Nibbler has a 20CV satin blade, and the classic green canvas Micarta model comes with a 20CV stonewashed blade.
The blade comes in at just under 2 inches long, while the handle measures 2.76 inches in length. The blade locks open with a dependable liner lock. The aluminum models carry an MSRP of $95. The Micarta version is $155, and the titanium model is $185.
