Benchmade recently began offering kitchen cutlery with the introduction of the versatile Station Knife as well as the 3-Piece Set. They’ve been available on the Benchmade website with the ability for the purchaser to customize them with an array of steel and handle options.

Benchmade Collector’s Edition With Damasteel Blades
As good as those knives are, the new special collector’s edition offerings of these models take kitchen cutlery to an entirely higher level. The knives in the collector’s edition, limited to 200 Station Knives and 200 3-Piece Sets, feature Damasteel blades with a Baldur pattern. The Baldur pattern creates an artful design on the razor-sharp blade.
Each knife comes with a gold-plated ring and Arctic Storm Fat Carbon handles with marbled carbon-fiber bolsters. All feature Benchmade’s renowned SelectEdge technology with a 14-degree edge on each side, which means this cutlery boasts the sharpest edge Benchmade has to offer.

Kitchen Knives For Most Any Task
The Station Knife was made for all the needs of a station chef with limited space. It features a 5.97-inch blade that’s wide enough at the rear to make it a great vegetable chopper, while tapering drastically to a fine point. That makes it capable for detail work such as trimming meat. This special collector’s edition version of the Station Knife comes with a walnut sheath.
The Benchmade Collector’s Edition 3 Piece Set includes an 8-inch chef’s knife, 6-inch utility knife and 4-inch paring knife. The set comes with a walnut presentation case.
