The Damasteel Chef Invitational (DCI) is a chance to connect to the chefs and collectors that use those gorgeous chef’s knives.

7 different categories

Knife makers can win a prize for best contribution in seven different categories. Because the best in show are voted for by the attendees, and everyone who is voting has a chance to win their own Damasteel® Chef knife, it’s a can’t-miss! The categories are:

  • Best Chef knife
  • Best Cleaver
  • Best Paring knife
  • Best Integral knife
  • Best Bread knife
  • Best Japanese Chef knife
  • Best in Show
